Tree damaged gutters from a recent storm. We have the new gutter covers in and will be replacing a section of gutter and Hallet Gutter cover for this homeowner.

Yikes! 🫣 Critter damage. Time for an eviction. This homeowner is ready to evict the unwanted squatters in their chimney chase 🐿. Modern Exterior Systems is helping by removing and repairing the damaged parts. The new siding will be LP SmartSide which is insect resistant and therefore woodpecker resistant!

We love when there is an opportunity to help a homeowner change the color of their siding to something new! This split level home is changing to a Mystic Blue Charter Oak Vinyl Siding in Apple Valley. The materials were delivered today and we begin on Wednesday.
