What manufacturer certifications does Modex hold?

Modern Exterior Systems (Modex) holds five manufacturer certifications: CertainTeed ShingleMaster, Malarkey Emerald Pro, Atlas Pro+ Silver Select, LP SmartSide Certified Contractor, and James Hardie Preferred Contractor. These certifications enable extended manufacturer warranty registration on every install. We are NOT GAF Master Elite, ProVia Authorized, Kolbe Authorized, Pella Authorized, or DaVinci Authorized — those we install but don't claim certification. We also install EDCO Steel Siding; EDCO doesn't offer a contractor certification, so we don't claim one.

Without ShingleMaster registration, manufacturer warranty coverage is severely limited.
