What's included in the inspection?

We walk your roof on foot, photograph all damage, capture drone overlay of affected areas, and provide a documentation packet for your records. The inspection itself is free. If we find damage, we'll tell you whether a claim makes financial sense based on your deductible.

How long does the inspection take?

Most inspections take 30-45 minutes depending on roof size and damage extent. We schedule within 24-48 hours of your request during business hours, or the next morning if you submit after hours.

Do I have to file a claim after?

No. The inspection is yours to use however you choose. If damage exists and exceeds your deductible, we'll prepare a claim-support packet. If damage is below your threshold, we'll tell you that honestly so you don't file a claim that won't pay out.

What if I don't see damage from the ground?

Hail damage is often invisible from ground level. Our on-roof inspection and drone documentation reveal impact patterns, granule loss, and structural compromise that aren't visible from below. That's why the inspection exists.
